The largest grading operation in Europe, and it owns the room the European hobby meets in: GSG runs CARDVENTION, the continent's biggest card show, alongside the grading business.
It publishes a population report, runs a counterfeit-detection programme, and offers cross-card, authentication and custom services beside standard grading.

Subgrades: Four, on the label
Cases manufactured in Germany, sold on robustness and scratch resistance. A case-change service exists for damaged holders and a renewal service for regrades, both priced separately.

Subgrades are optional and priced as an upgrade — roughly €20.99 without and €23.99 with. GSG publishes its subgrade calculation method and its grading scale as standing pages, which is more disclosure than most.
