What happens to your report
We check it first. A person reads every report before it counts. Nothing goes up automatically.
It goes on the scorecard. Accepted reports are listed under Reader reports on the grader's scorecard, newest first, with the business days worked out from your dates.
A cert number earns a Verified mark. Add one from the order and we check it against the grader's public lookup. It's optional, and the number itself is never shown.
Nothing about you. No name, no email. Your note and cert number are read by us and never published.
Sent through a group submitter or at a show? Report it anyway. It's counted separately, because their queue adds to the grader's.
