The recovery curve is consistent and TAG is publishing it against itself, which is more transparency than most graders offer mid-crisis. But three things temper it. First, TAG's own disclaimer that these are estimates, not commitments — the same tracker showed steady declines for two months before the last wire item and TAG still hasn't set a date. Second, "fully caught up" and "reopened" are not the same event: TAG says it will bring back volume through periodic drops even after catch-up, so a reader waiting to submit at Basic pricing should expect a staged return, not a light switch. Third, nothing here changes the standing advice from August — do not plan a TAG submission this quarter, and confirm the tier is actually open before shipping a card.
