Arena Club keeps drifting from grading company toward marketplace
Fine if you sell inside their ecosystem; weak if you plan to sell anywhere else.

The drift is the story. Arena Club launched on computer vision and a published report behind every grade — a technology argument about grading quality. What collectors discuss now is the Showroom, which is an argument about liquidity.
Those are not the same business. A grader competes on whether the wider market trusts its slab. A marketplace competes on whether you can sell inside it. The second does not require the first, and a company that finds the second easier will keep drifting toward it.
For a submitter this collapses into one question with a clean answer. If you intend to sell through Arena Club, the convenience is real and the grade only has to satisfy their buyers. If you intend to sell anywhere else, you are relying on a label whose own company has stopped leading with it.
