DSG's pitch: one flat price and 32 subgrades, whatever the card is worth

Flat pricing is the whole argument — it only pays on cards the majors would surcharge.

Flat pricing sounds like a discount and is actually a redistribution. A $5 card and a $5,000 card paying the same fee means the cheap card is subsidising nothing and the expensive card is avoiding a surcharge it would pay elsewhere.
